Description
The meeting begins with Dr. Beth Clifford, Associate Professor of Sociology offering her viewpoints and expertise given her respective field of study while providing background on this bestseller about a soccer team made up of young refugees from war-torn nations. Librarian, Shannon Simpson, follows leading attendees in a discussion about the book. Light refreshments will be served. Copies of the book will be available for purchase at the University Store’s Customer Service Desk beginning in September.
